How to use Find My Android Phone Feature

Android smart phone users no longer need to envy iPhone user's Find My iPhone feature. Google has provided a similar feature called Android Device Manager.  I have tried on my Google Galaxy Nexus phone (upgraded to Android 4.3) and it works.

Following are the steps:

1. Make sure upgrade your Android OS to 4.3.

2. Go to Setting - > Security, Select Device administrators.

3. Select Android Device Manager.

4. Above steps you only need to do once. Now you can open a Web browser and go to the following address:
https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager

Now you can locate you phone and make your phone ring in maximum volume (even phone is set to silence). You can even erase the data on your phone when your phone is lost.
